- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆To my own shame I have used this office on many occasions but have found the staff extremely helpful and do whatever they can within their powers to help in not only jobsearch but future development in manpower. My only down side of this office is the security which act with ego and an almost intimidating manor attempting to get involved in benefits claims details. Security should be hidden. The Staff never rush you when from filling and help with the questions/correct form when needed and also good over the phone if you manage to get through the new phone service to this office.
I also must praise the calm nature they deal with not so calm claiments when problems arise during a claim. Not easy writing a review of an office who have to use official govt. rules and guidelines when that is an unelected govt. meaning many of the rules are against EU Human Rights laws such as the Manditory Work Programmes.
